The Xerox Phaser 8560MFP Printer

The Xerox Phaser 8560MFP printer, with Xerox ink 8560, is not a typical printer, by anybody’s standards. With dimensions of about 21 inches by 26 inches by 24 inches (WxDxH), stands out in any room. Designed with a smaller footprint, if fits better in office environments than competitive products of this size.
MFP stands for Multi-Function Printer. The Xerox Phaser 8560MFP printer is also a scanner, fax and copier. It faxes and copies in color as well as black & white. There are 4 models with ranging prices from about $1,500 to around $3,600.
Each of the models have a print speed that is up to 30 PPM for b&w and up to 30 PPM for color. The first page out time, for printing, is as fast as 6 seconds, and as fast as 15 for copying, whether or not the copying is in color. The standard capacity for paper is 625 sheets on the 8560MFP/N and the 8560MFP/D models, and 1,150 sheets for model 8560MFP/N and the 8560MFP/D. Model 8560MFP/X is 1,675 sheets. There are N-up capabilities that allow for multiple pages to be printed on a single sheet.
Vibrant, rich, consistent colors is what you can expect to see, from the very first page, regardless if the paper is recycled, or weight stock. The Xerox Phaser 8560MFP printer uses the most recent technology for ink; the solid sticks. Forget about messy cartridges, and the environmental waste that came with them. The sticks are faster and easier to load, cleaner to use, since no spilling or leakage is possible. And, they save you money.
The 8560MFP/X has a standard memory of 1 GB, which is its maximum memory. The other three units have the same maximum memory, with a standard memory of 512 MB. This is significantly higher than the competition, which means you can multi-task efficiently with this unit, unlike with many competitive products.
Every model of the 8560MFP has a copy resolution of 600 X 600 dpi, and the print resolution is up to 2400, fine print. Some of the copy features are as follows: booklet creation (which will automatically arrange the document for you so that you can easily fold & staple it into a booklet form), book copying, covers (that will allow for feeding front & back pages of the document, from another media tray), image shift, collation, color password protection, repeat image, N-up reduce – enlarge and image center.
Here are some other features of the Xerox Phaser 8560MFP printer: watermarks that provide the user with the ability to print text, such as, Draft, or, Confidential, into the background of each page in a document, edge erase, which is good for cleaning up the edges when the original is frayed or has hole punches, staple marks, etc, and autoFit, which will automatically scale the page for the optimum fit and size of the media in the input tray.
